Step 1: Identify your tightest, most painful muscle area (shoulder, back, legs, etc.)
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of massage oil or body lotion to the area (helps the cup glide smoothly)
Step 3: Place the gliding tube attachment on your skin over the muscle
Step 4: Press the power button to turn on
Step 5: Select suction level:
- Level 1 = gentle (for first-time use or sensitive areas)
- Level 2 = moderate (for general muscle tightness)
- Level 3 = strong (for chronic knots)
- Level 4 = maximum (for very tight, deep trigger points)
Step 6: Slowly glide the device across the muscle in long strokes. Move in one direction (toward your heart for better lymphatic drainage). Don't stay in one spot too long (max 2-3 seconds per spot).
Step 7: Treat each area for 15-20 minutes
Step 8: When done, press power button to release suction before removing
Step 9: Drink water after session (helps flush out released metabolic waste)
Tips:
- Start with level 1-2, increase intensity over sessions as your body adapts
- Use 3-4 times per week for chronic issues
- Glide slowly — fast movement reduces effectiveness
- You might see mild redness/marks (normal, fades in hours to days)
- Use before bed for best relaxation
- Clean the cup with damp cloth after each use
